Military Mahadev Temple Belgaum...

Military Mahadev Temple is a sanctuary of Lord Shiva situated in Belagavi. Given to Lord Shiva it is being overseen by the military individuals. It has a colossal garden and a recreation center for children to play. It likewise contains a smaller than expected zoo lodging creatures, for example, deer's, emus, peacocks and ducks among others. Military Mahadev Temple is situated on Congress Road Belgaum.The sanctuary was opened to the overall population in the year 1955 by Lieutenant General S.M. Shrinagesh, General Officer, and Commander-in-Chief Southern Command. Situated amidst a lavish green stop, the whole complex is a place for unwinding. One of the most seasoned sanctuaries of the district, it has experienced redesigns with another arch worked in the first style and carvings like those in other South Indian sanctuaries. On each Monday and particularly on Mahashivratri Day The Samuhik Panchamrit or the aggregate offering of the Panchamrit is seen as a religious practice. The Panchamrit is made of honey, yogurt, ghee, and sugar. Mahashivratri is commended with extraordinary energy at this sanctuary.
